Willow Bustier Dress – PDF Sewing Pattern

The Willow Bustier Dress is a romantic twist on our classic Willow Bustier. This dress features the same flattering, structured bodice with softly shaped cups, paired with a flowy full circle skirt that moves beautifully with every step. Optional horse hair braid can also be added to the hem for a more dramatic look. The dress fastens with a bagged out center back invisible zip.
Ideal for garden parties, weddings, or a fun summer day out, this design is elegant feminine and a classic that won’t date.

FABRIC REQUIREMENTS
Type: Woven
The Willow Dress is best made with structured woven fabrics that hold the bodice shape and allow the skirt to drape nicely. Cotton poplin, cotton sateen, linen blends, chambray, or lightweight denim for casual looks, while taffeta or dupioni work well for formal versions. For lining use cotton, voile, or satin.
Please ensure your fabric has been washed following the correct care instructions before making the garment to ensure it is preshrunk, and you don’t get any nasty surprises after your garment is made up.
